Paloma Rose is a jazz bassist and vocalist whose music reflects the timeless elegance of Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Esperanza Spalding, and Veronica Swift. With a sound that is dreamy, romantic, and soulful, she brings a classic and sophisticated touch to every performance. Paloma has performed with and been mentored by respected artists including Dawn Clement, Greg Gisbert, Charles Blenzig, John Clayton, Christian McBride, and Patrick Bartley. She is also an active part of Denver’s jazz community, working with organizations like Colorado Conservatory of the Jazz Arts, Denver Jazz Fest, Gift of Jazz, and Sister Swing.
